What to include in your message
- Your device model and iPadOS version.
- A short description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce it.
- Screenshots if relevant.
- Your anonymous in-app User ID when the issue is account-related.
Common issues
- If the subscription does not unlock immediately, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
- If the page layout looks wrong, close and reopen the tab.
- If capture fails, reload the page and try again.
- If you want a fresh start, use Delete Account in Settings.
