What to include in your message

  • Your device model and iPadOS version.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Steps to reproduce it.
  • Screenshots if relevant.
  • Your anonymous in-app User ID when the issue is account-related.

Common issues

  • If the subscription does not unlock immediately, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
  • If the page layout looks wrong, close and reopen the tab.
  • If capture fails, reload the page and try again.
  • If you want a fresh start, use Delete Account in Settings.
